Fat: 33.83g | Prot: 101.50g | Carb: 115.33g.   Breakfast:  Asian Pears, Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Fuji Apples, Zucchini. Lunch:  Dim Sum (Meat Filled Egg Roll-Type). Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Black Forest (Chocolate-Cherry) Cake, Turkey Pepperoni.
