Fat: 37.92g | Prot: 121.38g | Carb: 264.36g.   Breakfast:  1 cup coffee, milk, smoked salmon, plums, cherries, corn cakes, corn cake. Lunch:  greek salad, fried cheese, prawns, white beans. Dinner:  prawns, risotto, greek salad. Snacks/Other:  grapes, peach, Bourbon, red wine, carrots.
