Lunch:  Tunafish in oil Eldorado, Kidney bønner 50g REMA, Avocado 135g, Bendit Smoothie guava. Dinner:  Melk lett Q 3dl, O'Boy original, Havre, sardines eldorado tomatosauce, Philadelphia light. Snacks/Other:  Eple Importert 200g, Bendit Smoothie guava, Oats & Honey Nature Valley 42g.
