Lunch:  Avocado 135g, Bendit Smoothie guava, Kidney bønner 50g REMA, Tunafish in oil Eldorado. Dinner:  Havre, Melk lett Q 3dl, O'Boy original, Philadelphia light, sardines eldorado tomatosauce. Snacks/Other:  Bendit Smoothie guava, Eple Importert 200g, Oats & Honey Nature Valley 42g.
