Fat: 55.02g | Prot: 88.40g | Carb: 152.30g.   Breakfast:  chuncky peanut butter, cuppa, toasted and buttered white bread. Lunch:  home made chicken noodle soup, land o lakes light butter canola, saltine. Dinner:  fat free thousand island dressing, milk, mixed greens salad, pizza tombstone supreme.
