Fat: 24.31g | Prot: 49.46g | Carb: 100.59g.   Breakfast:  cuppa, land o lakes spradable butter with canola, toast. Lunch:  arnolds bread, lettuce, miracle whip light, provolone, roast beef deli. Dinner:  fat free thousand island dressing, mixed greens salad, smart ones swedish meatballs.
