Fat: 44.97g | Prot: 81.56g | Carb: 170.80g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal, honey, rice pudding, scrambled eggs, cheese pie. Lunch:  oriental style rice, prawns, curry sauce. Dinner:  sandwich, honey, greek yogurt.
