Fat: 60.92g | Prot: 55.23g | Carb: 179.95g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, milk, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  crusty white bread, vegetable soup. Dinner:  american cheese, cheeseburger, ORE IDA fast food fries. Snacks/Other:  cheese peanut butter crackers, chocolate chips.
