Fat: 63.29g | Prot: 78.13g | Carb: 31.58g.   Breakfast:  1/2 egg, evoo, flax meal, Fried Egg without Fat, sliced american cheese. Lunch:  broccoli crowns, hard boiled egg, sugar snap peas, Turkey Burgers. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
