Fat: 33.46g | Prot: 65.02g | Carb: 185.67g.   Breakfast:  Heart Healthy Biscuits, Skim Extra Milk, Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, Strawberries, Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate, Whole Natural Almonds. Dinner:  Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup, chuck chicken, Cut green beans, Multigrain Crackers. Snacks/Other:  5-Hour Energy Drink, Light Yogurt with Granola - Strawberry, Smart Delights Peanut Butter Cup Sundae.
