Fat: 74.83g | Prot: 58.46g | Carb: 128.78g.   Breakfast:  bagel thins, coffee, peanut butter natural jif, water. Lunch:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Chili on Bun, water. Dinner:  fiber one 90 calorie, protein bar health wise, water. Snacks/Other:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Chili on Bun, pistachios, skinny popcorn.
