Fat: 47.43g | Prot: 70.82g | Carb: 161.89g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cocoa Powder, Oatmeal, Raisins (Seedless). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Feta Cheese, Lettuce, Oatmeal, Olive Oil. Dinner:  Boots Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Apples, Chocolate Malted Drink Powder Mix, Whole Milk.
