Fat: 67.99g | Prot: 50.78g | Carb: 155.18g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Supreme Muesli. Lunch:  Banana Bread (with Margarine), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Red Table Wine. Dinner:  Chimichanga with Chicken and Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Mozza Burger, White Table Wine.
