Fat: 20.16g | Prot: 78.12g | Carb: 169.81g.   Breakfast:  honey nut cheerios medley, i cant believe its not butter spray, Safeway 100% whole wh bread, skim milk, Strawberries. Lunch:  healthy choice garlic herb shrimp, mixed lettuce, mushrooms. Dinner:  healthy choice turkey medallions. Snacks/Other:  banana, cantaloupe, denny's grilled chicken, whole wheat hamburger bun.
