Fat: 32.32g | Prot: 85.24g | Carb: 151.79g.   Breakfast:  honey nut cheerios medley, scrambled egg, skim milk, Strawberries. Lunch:  deli roast beef, healthy choice garlic herb shrimp, kraft balsamic vinaigrette, mixed lettuce, tomatoes. Dinner:  broccoli, carrots, green beans, healthy choice turkey medallions, precious string cheese, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, saltine crackers.
