Lunch: deli roast beef, healthy choice garlic herb shrimp, kraft balsamic vinaigrette, mixed lettuce, tomatoes. Dinner: broccoli, carrots, green beans, healthy choice turkey medallions, precious string cheese, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other: Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, saltine crackers.
