Fat: 32.32g | Prot: 85.24g | Carb: 151.79g.   Breakfast:  honey nut cheerios medley, skim milk, scrambled egg, Strawberries. Lunch:  healthy choice garlic herb shrimp, deli roast beef, mixed lettuce, tomatoes, kraft balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), healthy choice turkey medallions, broccoli, carrots, green beans, precious string cheese. Snacks/Other:  Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, saltine crackers.
