Lunch: deli roast beef, healthy choice ravioli florentine marinara, kraft balsamic vinaigrette, mixed lettuce, tomatoes. Dinner: carrots, healthy choice turkey medallions, tilapia. Snacks/Other: banana, Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry.
