Fat: 22.15g | Prot: 98.77g | Carb: 173.22g.   Breakfast:  albertsons low fat cottage cheese, i cant believe its not butter spray, Safeway 100% whole wh bread, skim milk, Strawberries. Lunch:  deli roast beef, healthy choice ravioli florentine marinara, kraft balsamic vinaigrette, mixed lettuce, tomatoes. Dinner:  carrots, healthy choice turkey medallions, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  banana, Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry.
