Fat: 22.15g | Prot: 98.77g | Carb: 173.22g.   Breakfast:  albertsons low fat cottage cheese, Strawberries, skim milk, i cant believe its not butter spray, Safeway 100% whole wh bread. Lunch:  healthy choice ravioli florentine marinara, mixed lettuce, tomatoes, kraft balsamic vinaigrette, deli roast beef. Dinner:  healthy choice turkey medallions, carrots, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  banana, Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry.
