Fat: 36.87g | Prot: 74.69g | Carb: 110.11g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Canned Fish, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Rice Soup, Sweet Potato. Dinner:  Cheese Pizza, Miller Brewing Company Chill Light Lime Beer. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, SnackMasters Salmon Jerky.
