Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Deli black forest smoked ham, Franz 100% whole wheat bread, Jalapeno Peppers, Lettuce, Mustard, Thinly Sliced Turkey Breast, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Cinnamon Butter, Dinner Rolls, Mashed Potatoes, Sirloin Steak (8 oz), Steamed Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples.
