Fat: 22.21g | Prot: 82.27g | Carb: 181.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, craisins, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, quacker instant oatmeal. Lunch:  bonless skinless chicken breast fillet, red potatoes. Dinner:  21 Whole Grains Bread, Creamy Havarti Cheese Deli Slices, G2 Fruit Punch, Mustard, Turkey Breast Meat, Yellow Mustard. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip cookie, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt.
