Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef or Meat Gravy, Red Table Wine, Roast Beef. Snacks/Other:  Healthy Pop 94% Fat Free Butter Flavor Popcorn, Lemon Meringue Pie (Commercial).
