Fat: 17.14g | Prot: 62.58g | Carb: 115.50g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Light Strawberry Banana Smoothie Fozen Fruits(Yoplait). Lunch:  chicken breast, grapefruit, pump fuel. Snacks/Other:  clementines, clementines, EAS Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge, grapefruit.
