Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 132.63g | Carb: 37.07g.   Breakfast:  ideal protein vanilla, egg. Lunch:  broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, lettuce, olive oil, tuna in water chunk light 5oz can chicken of the sea, vinegar. Dinner:  tilapia fish, string beans, olive oil, vinegar, grapeseed oil. Snacks/Other:  ideal protein chocolate, vanilla creme whey isolate .
