Fat: 65.26g | Prot: 55.52g | Carb: 145.87g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, French Onion Dip, Potato Chips. Dinner:  Ciabatta, French Onion Soup, Olive Oil, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Tangelo. Snacks/Other:  Banana Puddings, Cheese Pizza (Frozen, Cooked), Cream Cheese Dip, Red Moscato, Spinach and Roasted Garlic Crackers.
