Fat: 116.55g | Prot: 182.20g | Carb: 417.38g.   Breakfast:  arnold double fiber, quaker oatmeal, great value natural peanut butter, 1% milk. Lunch:  olive oil, butter, salmon, long brown rice, light canola oil butter. Dinner:  90% ground beef, harvest grain bread, barilla plus thin spaghetti, prego tomato. Snacks/Other:  flax oil, carnation, banana, whey protein isolate six star, 1% milk, great value natural peanut, totinos pizza rolls.
