Fat: 116.55g | Prot: 182.20g | Carb: 417.38g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, arnold double fiber, great value natural peanut butter, quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  butter, light canola oil butter, long brown rice, olive oil, salmon. Dinner:  90% ground beef, barilla plus thin spaghetti, harvest grain bread, prego tomato. Snacks/Other:  1% milk, banana, carnation, flax oil, great value natural peanut, totinos pizza rolls, whey protein isolate six star.
