Another 2 lbs. I am noticing that the edema that I have on my legs is going down. This is very exciting :)

Fat: 65.55g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 277.25g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Red Grapefruit Sections in Light Syrup. Lunch:  Green Beans, potato, Stewed Tomatoes, Breakfast Lover's Turkey Sausage Roll, Sliced Carrots, Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Banana Cake. Dinner:  Butter, Apple, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Italian Bread, Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, tangerine, chocolate ice cream. Snacks/Other:  Jolly Rancher, Hickory Farms Petit Fours, Mountain Lightning.
