Fat: 65.03g | Prot: 116.94g | Carb: 122.60g.   Breakfast:  egg white, eggs, fresh orange juice, ham, milk. Lunch:  pf chang better lemon chicken, pf chang hot and sour soup, pf chang wok seared mushrooms. Dinner:  roast chicken. Snacks/Other:  butter, butternut, peas, Roasted Potato, yoghurt.
