Fat: 55.11g | Prot: 86.65g | Carb: 178.79g.   Breakfast:  Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich, naked mighty mango, oatmeal. Lunch:  cauliflower, pork loin. Dinner:  brussel sprouts, garlic potato trader joe, ham steak, homestyle mac and cheese, side salad.
