Fat: 67.06g | Prot: 90.57g | Carb: 194.02g.   Breakfast:  v8 splash berry blend, egg bacon croissant, yogurt light & Fit. Lunch:  very thin swiss cheese, thin bread, ham, Light Fat Free Original Potato Crisps, spice muffins. Dinner:  ready rice, pork cutlet, green beans, birds eye steamfresh, side salad. Snacks/Other:  mixed berries, banana.
