Fat: 67.06g | Prot: 90.57g | Carb: 194.02g.   Breakfast:  egg bacon croissant, v8 splash berry blend, yogurt light & Fit. Lunch:  ham, Light Fat Free Original Potato Crisps, spice muffins, thin bread, very thin swiss cheese. Dinner:  birds eye steamfresh, green beans, pork cutlet, ready rice, side salad. Snacks/Other:  banana, mixed berries.
