Fat: 38.97g | Prot: 128.08g | Carb: 222.40g.   Breakfast:  bacon, egg beaters, english muffin, oatmeal, raspberries. Lunch:  green peppers, ham, low fat swiss, Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt, pringles light, sandwich thin. Dinner:  corn, healthy life, pulled beef trader joes, salad. Snacks/Other:  fruit thins, skim milk.
