Fat: 65.64g | Prot: 75.88g | Carb: 217.56g.   Breakfast:  100% Juice Cranberry & Concord Grape, blackberries, instant oatmeal maple trader joe, red rasberries, Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast. Lunch:  diet coke, mcdonalds daily double, small fri mcdonalds. Dinner:  green pepper strips, Lightly Salted Potato Chips, sandwich buns, Smoked Pulled Pork. Snacks/Other:  grahamfuls.
