Lunch:  Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry, Rice Noodles, Shrimp, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Chicken Curry, Beef with Soy-Based Sauce (Mixture), Teriyaki Chicken, Pork Pot Stickers, Chicken Wings, Battered Onion Rings. Dinner:  California Roll. Snacks/Other:  Southern Comfort, Slim-a-Bear No Sugar Added Bars - Krunch, Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar (Small).
