Fat: 44.88g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 277.92g.   Breakfast:  grape nuts, 1% milk. Lunch:  cooked ham, swiss cheese, kraft light mayo, romaine lettuce, wrap, mixed fresh fruit. Dinner:  salad, light italian dressing, spaghetti, meatball, sweet sausage, tomato sauce, bread, light butter. Snacks/Other:  jingos, sun chips, hot chocolate, pop weaver light popcorn.
