Fat: 44.88g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 277.92g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, grape nuts. Lunch:  cooked ham, kraft light mayo, mixed fresh fruit, romaine lettuce, swiss cheese, wrap. Dinner:  bread, light butter, light italian dressing, meatball, salad, spaghetti, sweet sausage, tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  hot chocolate, jingos, pop weaver light popcorn, sun chips.
