Fat: 125.25g | Prot: 110.27g | Carb: 31.28g.   Breakfast:  Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Boiled Egg, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Ranch dressing, Shredded cheese Colby and cheddar great value. Dinner:  Cream Cheese, Imitation Lobster Meat, Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled).
