Fat: 114.58g | Prot: 153.59g | Carb: 25.00g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Turkey Bacon (Cooked), Turkey Bacon (Cooked) . Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Natural Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack with Jalapeno Peppers Shredded Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Boiled Egg, Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Ranch Salad Dressing.
