Fat: 56.66g | Prot: 65.42g | Carb: 182.66g.   Breakfast:  Grapes, turkey sausage patty, Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  morning star chicken patty, white wheat bread. Dinner:  Dinner Rolls, green bean casserole, Puerto Rican Style Rice with Spanish Sausage, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  cinnamon graham cracker, Cucumber (Peeled), doritos, vlasic pickle spear.
