Fat: 42.77g | Prot: 108.53g | Carb: 261.92g.   Breakfast:  Caramels Candies, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Hard Candies, Mayonnaise, Milk (Nonfat), Reduced Fat American Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Toasted White Bread, White Bread. Lunch:  Carrots, Chicken Thigh, Lettuce, Low Calorie Salad Dressing, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, twix, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), white rice. Dinner:  Cereal, Fried Egg without Fat, Original 0% Plain Yogurt, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Apple Juice (with Vitamin C Added, Low Calorie), Energy Bar - Chocolate Chip, English Muffin, Nectar Latte Cappuccino Whey Protein Isolate.
