Fat: 42.77g | Prot: 108.53g | Carb: 261.92g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Toasted White Bread, Milk (Nonfat), Reduced Fat American Cheese, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Mayonnaise, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Caramels Candies, Hard Candies. Lunch:  white rice, Carrots, Lettuce, Chicken Thigh, Low Calorie Salad Dressing, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), twix. Dinner:  Original 0% Plain Yogurt, Cereal, Fried Egg without Fat, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  Energy Bar - Chocolate Chip, Nectar Latte Cappuccino Whey Protein Isolate, Cranberry Apple Juice (with Vitamin C Added, Low Calorie), English Muffin.
