Fat: 74.90g | Prot: 80.27g | Carb: 209.48g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, maple syrup, peanut butter natural, wholewheat bread. Lunch:  2% milk, low fat plain yogurt, trail mix. Dinner:  Instant Mash Potato, steak, stir fry veg. Snacks/Other:  apple, chocolate marshmallow.
