Fat: 74.90g | Prot: 80.27g | Carb: 209.48g.   Breakfast:  wholewheat bread, peanut butter natural, maple syrup, 2% milk. Lunch:  2% milk, low fat plain yogurt, trail mix. Dinner:  steak, Instant Mash Potato, stir fry veg. Snacks/Other:  chocolate marshmallow, apple.
