Fat: 82.26g | Prot: 83.10g | Carb: 303.90g.   Breakfast:  maple syrup, nescafe, peanut butter natural, skim milk, wholewheat bread. Lunch:  hamburger roll, lamb chops, potato salad. Dinner:  California Rolls, crab maki, cucumber maki, Philadelphia Rolls, sushi. Snacks/Other:  balconi, champagne, mississipi mud pie.
