Fat: 28.59g | Prot: 70.59g | Carb: 162.48g.   Breakfast:  Morningstar Farms Chik Patties Original, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Sour Dough Bread. Lunch:  Great Value White Kidney Beans. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Mellow Portobello Mushroom Burger, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other:  Almond Butter, Bananas.
