Dinner:  Reduced Sodium Chicken Gumbo, Roasted Salted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Apple Sauce, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Milk), Oatmeal to Go Bar - Brown Sugar Cinnamon (60g), Potato Pancakes, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Strawberry.
