Fat: 110.54g | Prot: 95.94g | Carb: 222.19g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Chip Bite Size Cookies (56g), Country Style Pork Sausage, Dip Style Potato Chips, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Sausage Gravy. Lunch:  Chicken in Barbeque Sauce, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Blueberry. Dinner:  Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Lo-carb Monster Energy.
