Lunch:  12 Grain Bread, Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Light Spinach Dip, Light Mayonnaise, Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast, Simply Naked Pita Chips. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, 93/7 Ground Beef, Black Beans, Cream Cheese, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Potato and Cheddar Perogies, Tomato Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Coca-Cola Classic (10 oz), Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Fudge (Snack Bar).
