Fat: 82.48g | Prot: 141.77g | Carb: 230.83g.   Breakfast:  Omega-3, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Multihealth Fiber, Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich, wendy's french fries, Coca-Cola (Small Cup), wendy's chili, Hot Chili Seasoning Packet, Ketchup, roasted red pepper hummus. Dinner:  tour di italy, mixed green, black olives, cottage cheese, muffalata, ken's lite northern. Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt.
