Fat: 82.48g | Prot: 141.77g | Carb: 230.83g.   Breakfast:  Multihealth Fiber, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt, Omega-3, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  Coca-Cola (Small Cup), Hot Chili Seasoning Packet, Ketchup, roasted red pepper hummus, Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich, wendy's chili, wendy's french fries. Dinner:  black olives, cottage cheese, ken's lite northern, mixed green, muffalata, tour di italy. Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt.
