Fat: 47.30g | Prot: 90.14g | Carb: 192.68g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Water (Bottled), Omega-3, Metamucil, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, love crunch , maple syrup, Strawberries. Lunch:  93/7 ground beef, Tuna Macaroni Salad, barbeque sauce, bread and butter pickles, mature onions, herdez salsa, All Natural Marinara Sauce, Hummus, 2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Olive Muffalata.
