Fat: 69.39g | Prot: 175.22g | Carb: 249.83g.   Breakfast:  Metamucil, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Omega-3, Strawberry Preserves, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, All Natural Uncured Canadian Bacon, Cheese and Spinach Filled Ravioli with Cream Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes, granola, Hummus, Jumbo Pitted Black Ripe Olives, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Olive Muffalata, Tuna Macaroni Salad. Dinner:  carrot, cherry tomatos, croutons, gorgonzola cheese, ken's lite italian, olive oil, olive oil and garlic couscous, Seasoned Croutons, spinach, tuna steak. Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt.
