Fat: 64.51g | Prot: 141.96g | Carb: 174.03g.   Breakfast:  Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, Metamucil, Fish Oil Omega 3, jones canadian bacon, Egg White, bay's english muffin, peppers, onions, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Grovestand Lots of Pulp Orange Juice (with Calcium & Vitamin D). Lunch:  avocado, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  chicken breast, 93% Lean Ground Beef, ranch beans, Mixed Salad Greens, salsa, corn tortilla, flour tortilla, Medium Cheddar Cheese Sliced. Snacks/Other:  Water (Bottled), pastry.
