Fat: 64.51g | Prot: 141.96g | Carb: 174.03g.   Breakfast:  bay's english muffin, Egg White, Fish Oil Omega 3, Grovestand Lots of Pulp Orange Juice (with Calcium & Vitamin D), jones canadian bacon, Metamucil, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, onions, Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, peppers. Lunch:  Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), avocado, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  93% Lean Ground Beef, chicken breast, corn tortilla, flour tortilla, Medium Cheddar Cheese Sliced, Mixed Salad Greens, ranch beans, salsa. Snacks/Other:  pastry, Water (Bottled).
