Fat: 40.46g | Prot: 97.08g | Carb: 205.10g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, arnolds whle wheat sandwich thins, Blueberries, Cheerios, egg. Lunch:  gold coast smoked salmon spread, Wheat Ciabatta Roll. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, shady brook turkey tenderloin, uncle bens log grain wild rice. Snacks/Other:  emerald cashews, hood icecream sandwich.
