Fat: 103.18g | Prot: 88.91g | Carb: 186.36g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Turkey, Whole Wheat Bread, Colby Cheese, Bacon. Dinner:  Grilled Portobello ’n Swiss Steakburger, French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cookie, Bloody Mary.
