Good Morning I woke up at the regular time this morning and had water and then coffee as usual. I also did some bible study.

Fat: 80.68g | Prot: 98.61g | Carb: 164.04g.   Breakfast:  melon, coffee, water, american sliced cheese, green bean. Lunch:  Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Eaten), slopy joe sandwich. Dinner:  water, milk, Fruit Slices. Snacks/Other:  turkey sausage, green bean, chocolate coconut, chocolate coconut.
