Fat: 185.74g | Prot: 159.18g | Carb: 109.40g.   Breakfast:  D-Lights Turkey Sausage, Egg White and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, hard boiled egg. Lunch:  boar's head roast beef, hellmans mayo, kraft marble cut, mission low carb. Dinner:  private selection cheddar cheese, skillet steak, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, hard boiled egg, Peanut Butter To Go, Walnuts.
