Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Tyson Foods Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets, Water. Dinner:  Outback Steakhouse Joey Sirloin Medallions, Outback Steakhouse Outback Steamed Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Deer Park Natural Spring Water (Bottle), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Polaner Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber, Tyson Foods Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets.
